What is “The Tree Supply’s” warranty policy?
All of our trees are protected for the customer to make sure the life of the tree starts off strong. We structure our warranty as follows: The trees are protected for one season after planting. If a tree dies, we will reinstall a new tree at a small charge. The charge is $70 per tree 6 feet and under and $100 per tree 7-8 feet. This includes replanting as well. There is no transportation fee or minimum for this policy. This policy only applies to trees we install, not just deliver. We structure our policy this way because we cannot know for certain that the client plants properly and also takes care of the tree within the first few months with watering and while normal lawn care is done.
What is the difference between emerald Greens and Green Giants?
The Emerald Green and Green Giant are extremely similar in their use cases. They both make wonderful privacy hedges, keep out pests, maintenance care, similar planting techniques, and are wonderful additions to any property. The differences would be the size they grow. We recommend Green Giants for larger properties as they will take up more space and Emerald Greens for smaller properties. They even look similar, and it is hard to tell apart when clients start shaping them how they want but another difference would be their looks and this comes down to preference. One isn’t better than the other as they have many similarities and few differences.

We have been in business for 6 years now while some of our workers have been in this field for 8 years.
What sizes are offered in the Green Giants and Emerald Greens ?
We offer from 4-10 footers for both varieties of trees based on availability. Please contact us for a free quote and current size availability!
Is a deposit required before delivery and installation?
There is NO deposit required before the job is done. Payment is required after each customer is satisfied with the job completed!
What payment methods do you take?
We accept cash, check, venmo, zelle, and paypal. We do not accept credit cards as of now.
Where are the trees grown?
We source our trees from farms across the northeast that only provide grade A+ quality and can show proof of their testing on quality control to us.
How tall do our trees grow?
Our Emerald Greens can grow to 20+ feet at maturity with a 2-3 foot growth per year rate while our Green Giants can grow 30-40 feet at maturity with a growth rate of 3-5 feet per year.
What are the factors for growth height in a year?
Growth height is determined by many outside factors that we nor the client can control sometimes. That includes how healthy the soil the trees are planted in, how much rain fall your area gets in a season, how much sun light the trees receive on a daily basis. You can help the growth of your trees by staying on top of watering when they are planted, continuously pruning them, and adding fertilizer in the spring and fall.
What can I do to help the trees with winter or a storm coming up?
We advise staking the trees if you know a storm is coming with heavy wind and rainfall. When it snows, just make sure you clear off the branches so there is no heavy snow sitting on the trees for too long. The trees are built to last through all of this but this will definitely help
